Where is the wedding taking place?

The wedding will be held at Palazzo Viviani in Montegridolfo, Italy. Full directions are on the Location page.

Where should we stay?

We have a number of rooms reserved at the location. Please let us know on the RSVP form if you're interested in booking one.  Prices around €140 - €200 per night, including breakfast & pool access. Rooms or apartments for 2-6 people available.

Are children invited?

Yes, absolutely! We look forward to celebrating with everyone.

Is there a dress code? 

Our dress code is formal / wedding attire. We’d love for guests to dress up for the occasion. As we’ll be celebrating outdoors for most of the day and evening, we recommend bringing an extra layer for later in the evening once the sun goes down. The location includes some cobblestones and grassy areas, so keep this in mind when choosing shoes.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony starts at 16:00. Please try to be there half an hour before so that everyone can be seated.

Is there parking at the location? 

Yes, parking is available at the location. For those staying there, we’ll let you know closer to the time which parking is best based on your assigned room.For those not staying overnight, there are two small car parks next to the village (Parking 1 and Parking 2). If these are full, you can use the parking spaces available along the road.

Can we take photos during the wedding?

Yes, we’re happy for you to take photos during the wedding. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan options for the wedding dinner?

Yes, we’ll have options for all dietary needs. Please let us know your preferences on the RSVP form.

Is there a children's menu for the wedding dinner? 

Yes, the children’s menu is pasta with tomato sauce as the first course followed by a breaded chicken cutlet with chips as the second course.

Are there any plans for Friday evening?

We’re planning to book a table at Agriturismo Ripabottina for 19:30, which is connected to the village by a short forest path. Whoever wants to join us is more than welcome! Please let us know if you would like to attend by filling out the form here.

The dinner will be 30€ per person (children 0-3 years free, 4-11 years 15 €) for a set menu of homemade starters made with fresh produce from the garden, two different pasta dishes (gnocchi al ragù / ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, with tomatoes and rocket). Water, wine and coffee included.

Is there anything to do Saturday morning?

As our ceremony on Saturday will be starting at 16:00, we’ve arranged for an olive oil tasting at Agriturismo Ripabottina at 10:30, which is connected to the village by a short forest path. The tasting will be held in English and costs 6€ per person. The duration of the tasting is around 30-40 minutes and includes some light bites to eat after. Is there a swimming pool at the hotel? 

Yes, there’s a swimming pool at the hotel. The pool can be used on Friday & Sunday however it won’t be possible to use on Saturday morning due to the wedding set up. 

What time is the check in & check out? 

Check in is at 15:00 and check out at 11:00 but luggage can be left at reception and keys may be able to be collected earlier if the room is ready.
